How To Use

Place your heat pack in the microwave on high for 2 minutes and then test the temperature. If needed, heat for an additional 15 seconds at a time until the desired warmth is achieved. Remember, heat packs may not feel very warm initially as the heat is concentrated in the center. Give it a shake to evenly distribute the warmth!

Apply the heat pack to areas of soreness or aching, allowing the heat to gently penetrate the muscles or sore area. The heat pack typically lasts between 30-45 minutes, depending on the surrounding air temperature.

For a cold pack, place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. It won't freeze solid due to the lack of water content, making it perfect for reducing inflammation and pain in sprains and strains.
