Returns Policy

At Wheatbags Love, we are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter an issue with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy. This policy applies to products purchased directly through our website. If you purchased your item through a stockist, please contact the stockist directly for their return policy and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or order number as proof of purchase. If there is a fault with the product that is not due to overuse or misuse, we are happy to send you a replacement or offer a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for products purchased directly from us, please contact us at hello@wheatbagslove.com.au. Include a description of the issue and photos where possible, and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
