How Eyepillows Work

With eye pillows, it's all about the gentle weight on the eyes. That soft, calming pressure is lovely for winding down, whether you're grabbing a quiet moment to yourself or settling in for the night. This is why you don't need to heat or cool your eye pillow — it works beautifully just at room temperature.

The eye pillow is also great for helping you relax and drift off to sleep. The gentle weight helps quiet a busy mind after a long day. You may have used one at a yoga class and felt how relaxing they are!

A cool eye pillow is a lovely treat on a warm day, and a gently warmed one is wonderfully cosy for a moment of calm.

How To Use

Use at room temperature by lying down and placing the eye pillow over your eyes for a moment of relaxation.

To cool your eye pillow, place it in the freezer until it's cold (about 30 min) and then place it over your eyes while lying down.

To warm your eye pillow, place it in the microwave and heat on high for 30-60 secs. You can then use it anywhere on your body where you'd like a little warmth — just keep any heat gentle around the eyes.

Ingredients

Made from 100% cotton, Australian wheat, organic Lavender, or Rose petals.

Lavender has a beautifully calming scent, lovely for winding down at the end of the day.

Rose is also calming, with a softer, more delicate scent than lavender.

Unscented is also available if you prefer to keep things simple!

Our new exclusive designs have been created by a local artist and focus on native Australian flora and fauna. The print is on the front of the eye pillow and has a lovely soft lilac cotton on the back.
